Time to see another bit of Australia!

I hopped a morning flight to Adelaide in South Australia. The impetus for the trip was to attend the Adelaide Cabaret Festival – one of the biggest in the world really. My favorite musical theatre singer was performing – Anthony Warlow – and I couldn’t miss him. He did a double bill with Faith Prince and it was pretty great. I’ve listened to him since college days. Such a voice. He’s an Australian and it was special to see him in his homeland.

I also checked out a new show called Little Bird. Brilliant and moving one man piece starring Paul Capsis. And, I got to attend with one of the composers, our Zazu, Cameron Goodall. Special night out.
