The Capitol Theatre is located right in Haymarket which is home to Sydney’s vibrant Chinatown.  So many incredible, various Asian restaurants in the immediate area.  And they run the gamut.

I have found one of my top three favorite Vietnamese Pho restaurants ever.  I have one in Silverlake in LA, one in Vegas and now one here.  I get the same thing every time too – rare beef Pho noodle soup.  So so good.  And this one is particularly flavorful.  The restaurant is called Pho Pasteur right on George Street.

I’m borderline obsessed.  I must have the soup every other night.  The broth is just so flavorful.  And everything is very fresh.
