Rest assured that kale has entered back into my Australian life – thanks to Time Out Sydney and their recommendation!
Not that easy to find here, but it’s on the upswing. At In The Annex, a fantastic little brunch place in Glebe, the hipsters are getting it right. I had a delicious egg sandwich with kale and crispy spec (bacon!) and then a kale smoothie.
This was after a successful trip to the Marrickville Sunday Organic Farmer’s market. Good, good stuff!
The weather this weekend was unreal. Had Bluey’s top down and all!
I’ve gotta get a blender so I can start making my own kale smoothies…
