Tomorrow we welcome Tim’s folks and niece to Melbourne for the weekend! Really cannot wait.

Stocked up on some goodies for a good ol’ fashioned Aussie BBQ tomorrow in the backyard.

I figure what is more Aussie than kangaroo on the barbie! Truth be told, Aussie’s don’t actually put shrimp on the barbie – in fact, they call them prawns not shrimp! So, ‘roo will do nicely!
