White Night Melbourne.
A one night city celebration. 7pm until 7am.
Exhibits. Light displays. Art installations. Live music. Food. Drink.
I thought it was impressive what they pulled off for a one 12 hour festival. I prefer the bigger installments like Sydney’s Vivid, but still a fun night out for the city. And it was PACKED.
This is KEYFRAMES – GROUPE LAPS – by THOMAS VEYSSIERE.
The different bodies would light up with a score and some dialogue to tell serious stories – lots of dancing, running, jumping, etc. This was at the end of the set when they were all lit up. Right in front of the National Gallery of Victoria. Special piece!
