I had to flashback today back to Christmas where I not only had my very first pavlova, but it was completely MADE FROM SCRATCH by my man.
An almost meringue base, cream, lots of fresh berries topped with freeze dried strawberry powder and pistachio nuts all rolled together in pure yumminess. Tim brought a New Zealand flair to our Christmas. It’s a popular British Christmas dish that is also a staple in NZ and Australia.
It was incredible – fresh, light and yummmmmmmmmy!
