Quay. The most awarded and famous restaurant in Sydney. Peter Gilmore’s masterpiece.

Theresa and I decided to treat ourselves to a long, delicious dinner at Quay. Tasting degustation menu. Wine pairings. Views of the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge.
