This is a phenomenon that just doesn’t exist in the States. Sure we have hostels and stuff. But, the backpacking culture just doesn’t exist like it does in Europe. And ESPECIALLY in Australia.

These places are EVERYWHERE.

This hotspot happens to be up the hill, a three minute walk, from me. Always packed. People socializing in the lobby. Drinking. Smoking out the front.

Interesting culture.

Part of me wants to explore it, but I am far to old at this point.

And far to picky!
