We all know brick and mortar stores are dying. They are. Electronics stores are starting be to a rarity. Music stores are virtually nonexistent. Sydney is holding onto their Blockbuster video rental stores, but I never see people in them. And, the one that is biggest shame – the bookstore.

Nothing will match being able to browse through the aisles and finger through books, pick one up and read the back cover, just browsing through your favorite section. You just can’t do that on amazon.com.

Pram turned me onto Kinokuniya in the heart of the CBD. Fantastic huge bookstore. And it is usually packed with people! I stopped by before work and spent some time browsing.

Keep the bookstore alive everyone.
