Day off!  Another rainy day off, but that’s okay.  Good for rest.

But, at night, Nick (our Simba) and Kim (Mrs. Simba) and I wanted to get our ribs on!  We headed out to Brighton-Le-Sands, a suburb outside of Sydney near the airport, and went to Hurricanes, well known Sydney restaurant who is known for…well, their ribs.  Great view of the ocean from the spot as well…once you get the right table!

They were schockingly massive to say the least – hence the reactions – but we all did pretty good in demolishing them.

A tummy full of ribs and a fun night out with new friends was a great way to end the day off.
