The Toastie Sanga!
I made my first toasted sandwich at work today – fresh amazing bread, smoked turkey, avocado, tomato and Aussie cheddar. All on the Breville sandwich press which the Stage Managers so proudly own.
These Aussies are OBSESSED with toasted sandwiches!
And for good reason…I’ll be doing this MUCH more often. Why don’t we do this in the States??!?
Yum! You inspired me to make one for lunch! My mom made toasted sandwiches, so I grew up with them and still make them (no panini press, sadly), but I’ve always found them more rare in the States than they should be, too.
