The Ivy.

Uccello.

Yummy.

As all good cities do, Sydney has an Ivy.  It’s a classy complex (well, some intense club nights but not when we went) with a beautiful restaurant called Uccello.  James treated the gang to a lovely mid-way Sydney dinner out.  The team has been working hard and it was a nice chance to get out and discuss something other than the next day’s schedule!

The dessert was so good that it was gone like THAT!
