I’m little over the top about my new NutriBullet.  It’s really an amazing little machine and I’ve used it every day since I bought it.

Time to start incorporating some more superfoods into my smoothies – mainly Chia Seeds, Goji Berries and LSA (Linseed, Sunflower & Almond Blend).  I’m a big kale and blueberry person, also superfoods, but wanted some more punch in these smoothies.

I’ve stocked up and off I go!  Rehearsal week four…GO!
