The biggest media telecommunications and media provider in Australia.

I’m not going to go on and on, but they’ve been a nightmare to deal with. Services are good when they work, but the customer service is the PITS. Truly unreal.

Transferring my home internet with them to Brisbane. NIGHTMARE.
