I’ve been a bit under the weather lately…the Aussie plague! Craving hot noodle soup. I love me some pho and have two incredible spots by the theatre.

But, I’ve been hearing about PHD in Marrickville for a long time now – so I decided to head there before work.

INCREDIBLE. The cinnamon and anise flavors made that broth like amazing deliciousness.

Truly amazing. Probably the best I’ve ever had. Anywhere.
