For those of you that know Meredith and I well, you know we love a winery and the wine tasting experience together!
We did a LOT of wine tastings all over New Zealand and I have one stand out favorite – Black Estate. Located in Waipara Valley, it had the coolest cellar door, a great vibe, hip host, incredible views, interesting architecture and the most important factor of all…perfect wines! I fell in love with their Pinot Noirs and brought a bottle back in my suitcase. Delicious Chardonnay and Riesling. All really special.
